We're moving! (Temporarily)

Big news! Sunshine House is finally getting a renovation that will give us a main floor washroom and a main floor Street Feet treatment room! This means we have to clear out of 646 Logan Ave for a while. We don’t know for how long — but fortunately, we have found a temporary home at First Mennonite Church (922 Notre Dame Ave). Our community chose this location from available options owing to its being relatively close to Logan Ave, and the fact that we can offer almost all of our regular programs and services there! Plus, the FMC folks are letting us hang out with them rent-free.

SERVICES AVAILABLE: • Food and coffee • Harm reduction supplies (Bubbles, cleans etc.) • Case support • Mail pickup • Computers

SERVICES THAT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE: • Showers • Laundry Starting Tuesday, Nov. 7 until further notice, we will be operating out of 922 Notre Dame with the following hours:

Mon - Fri: 11am - 4pm Mon & Wed: 6pm - 9pm

Our last full day at 646 Logan will be Saturday, Nov 4. We will be fully closed on Sunday, Nov 5. Note: there will be no change to hours or operations at the Mobile Overdose Prevention Site (MOPS).

Telethon 2023!

For the third year in a row, we're holding the SUNSHINE HOUSE TELETHON!

On October 3 starting at 6pm, we'll be at the Good Will Social Club (625 Portage Ave.) creating a live hybrid event. Join us in person for music and drag performances indoors on the stage. Join us outside where we'll have a dunk tank and photo booth! We'll have delicious food for sale, a silent auction and the evening will conclude with the draw for our 50/50 prize.
